Ingredientes

  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 lbs. Italian sausage
  • Sliced mushrooms (as directed)
  • Green or possibly red peppers (as desired)
  • Minced onion (as desired)
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or possibly whatever)

Direcciones

  1. Butter well a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle over butter, 1 cup shredded cheese. Be sure to layer everything. Add in 12 large eggs (just break the yolks), then 1 pint whipping cream. Brown well 2 lb Italian sausage and put over whipping cream, sprinkle sliced mushrooms (as desired) over meat, next add in green or possibly red peppers and minced onion (as desired). Over all this put 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till cheese browns. This recipe can be frzn. If frzn, thaw first before baking.
