Breakfast Casserole

Easy to put together and everyone digs in when it hits the table.

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 8 oz. pkg refrigerated cresant rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Separate cresant dough into 8 triangles.
  2. Place dough on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
  3. Pat dough over the bottom of the pan and sides to form the crust and seal the perforations.
  4. Spoon sausage over crust.
  5. Sprinkle with potatoes.
  6. Top with Cheese.
  7. Mix milk, eggs salt and pepper. Pour over sausage, potato and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
