Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs well. Add in next 5 ingredients. Blend in lowfat milk.
  2. Divide cheese up among 4 individual custard dishes. Pour mix proportionately into custard c.. Place c. into baking pan and fill with boiling water one-inch deep.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
