Ingredientes

  • 8-12 Large eggs
  • 1 pound sausage or possibly minced ham or possibly bacon
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp. of butter in a saucepan. Add in 1/4 c. flour; mix into a paste. Add in 2 c. lowfat milk, cook to make sauce. Add in grated cheese. Cook 1 lb. of sausage, minced ham or possibly bacon.
  2. Scramble 8-12 Large eggs. Mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients well. Add in liquid removed mushrooms. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Cover with dry bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill overnight. In morning put in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 min or possibly till done. Serves 12.
