Ingredientes

  • 11/20 c. untoasted muesli
  • 11/20 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. peanut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 Tbsp. golden brown syrup
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 11/20 c. wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp allspice extra muesli for top

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Mix the muesli with 1 c. of the lowfat milk; soak for 5 mins. Combine the oil, remaining lowfat milk, vanilla, golden brown syrup & muesli mix. Mix together the dry ingredients, add in to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans, sprinkle tops with 1 tsp of muesli each, bake for 15-20 mins.
  2. Makes 12.
  3. Keep a batch of these in the freeze & heat them in the oven or possibly microwave when in a hurry to get to work or possibly time is short!
