Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder (80% lean) coarsely grnd
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine grnd pork, seasonings and lowfat milk. Mix thoroughly using hands to knead mix. Form patties and fry till brown in a small amount of oil. Mix at least 3 to 6 hrs before using to blend flavors of herbs.
