Ingredientes

  • 16 slices bread
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 slices Canadian bacon
  • 16 Large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In 9 x 13 inch casserole place 8 slices of bread in a single layer. Place a slice of American cheese on each slice of bread. Cover cheese with a slice of Canadian bacon. Cover with a second slice of bread.
  2. Beat egg, lowfat milk and pepper together and pour over sandwiches. Allow to set all night. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 min. Serves 8.
