Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice, Frzn Concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 4 slc Bread
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 lb Mild Bulk Sausage
  • 1/2 c. Minced Roasted Pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes

Direcciones

  1. Break up bread in orange juice and maple syrup. Add in egg and mix thoroughly.
  2. Blend in remaining ingredients. Make into small sausage balls about 1 inch in diameter or possibly into patties. Fry slowly in a skillet or possibly griddle over medium heat till browned. May be served as an hors d'oeuvre or possibly accompaniment to macaroni for a family supper. Can be made ahead and frzn after cooking.
  3. Reheat in a hot oven before serving.
  4. Makes 4 to 6 patties, or possibly 12 to 16 sausage balls.
