Ingredientes

  • 1 c. hash browns (frzn right from pkg.)
  • 1 pound bulk sausage (browned and liquid removed)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 c. processed American cheese (cubed)
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Combine soup, lowfat milk, Large eggs and processed cheese. Mix with hash browns and browned and liquid removed sausage. Put mix in greased flat 7x10 inch casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 min. Serves 6.
  2. This casserole may be made the night before and refrigerated. Then baked the morning it is to be served.
