Breakfast Sausage/Egg Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 7 large eggs
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pound grnd pork sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 8 slices white cubed bread
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Line a greased 9 x 13 inch pan with cubed bread. Top with cheese. Brown and drain sausage. Place on top of cheese. Beat large eggs, 2 cups of lowfat milk and mustard. Pour over the sausage. Chill overnight. Put together 1/2 cup of lowfat milk, soup and onion. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.NOTE: Must be made 12 hrs before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
