Ingredientes

  • 1 x Frzn banana
  • 8 ounce Yogurt -or possibly-
  • 4 ounce Tofu
  • 4 x -(up to)
  • 6 ounce Your favorite juice, more or possibly less

Direcciones

  1. Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze. Yhe frzn banana gives the*shake* an ice cream-like texture
  2. If you do not like bananas, use frzn berries or possibly peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good.
  3. Put in blender and blend till smooth. Add in wheat germ or possibly protein pwdr to any of these as you wish.
