Ingredientes

  • 2 slices white bread, cut crusts off, cube
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, diced and browned, drain well
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 30 min. Line the bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with bread cubes. Spread sausage and cheese over bread. Mix beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard together. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and chill overnight.
