Breakfast Strata (Baked Eggs)

Ingredientes

  • 5 slices day old bread
  • 5 ounce ham, minced
  • 3 ounce sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. red or possibly green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 4 lg. large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Sprinkle of pepper & paprika

Direcciones

  1. Arrange bread in the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle next 4 ingredients on top of bread. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake for breakfast in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 min.
