- Arrange bread in the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle next 4 ingredients on top of bread. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake for breakfast in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 min.
