  • 1 c. nonfat lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. 100% bran flakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 1 dsh cinnamon or possibly nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed till smooth. Garnish with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg. You can substitute strawberries, peaches, or possibly other fresh fruit for the bananas if desired.
