Ingredientes

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • Swiss or possibly Muenster cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box onion and garlic croutons
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 stick butter

Direcciones

  1. Cut each chicken breast in half into 4 to 6 chunks. Place raw chunks in 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
  2. Cover chicken with layer of cheese slices. Blend 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water and spoon over cheese.
  3. Crush 1 box of croutons and sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Heat butter and drizzle over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
