- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms and onion and saute/fry till onion is soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Butter four ramekins and place in shallow baking dish. Pour water into dish to depth of about 1/4 inch.
- Beat Large eggs with cream in large bowl; season with the seasoned salt. Add in mushroom-onion mix, add in ham and blend thoroughly. Fill ramekins proportionately.
- Bake till golden brown, about 30 min. Serve immediately.
