Brenda's Tangy Meatballs

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 med. clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • Med. egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Mix well the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt. Shape into 1" balls. In a large skillet brown meatballs on all sides over moderate heat. Add in cranberry sauce. Cook and stir till sauce melts. Stir in tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till meatballs are done. Serve with noodles. Makes 4 servings.
