Broccoli Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 12 slices frzn bread
  • 3/4 pound Old English cheese (Kraft sliced)
  • 1 (9 ounce.) box frzn broccoli, minced, cooked, liquid removed
  • 2 c. cubed or possibly shaved ham
  • 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Use biscuit cutter to cut bread into circles. Set aside. Use scraps to cover bottom of dish.
  2. Layer 2 - cheese slices.
  3. Layer 3 - ham.
  4. Layer 4 - broccoli.
  5. Layer 5 - circles of bread.
  6. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, dry mustard. Mix. Pour over layered ingredients making sure the bread slices are saturated. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min. Take out and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for another 5 min or possibly till golden and hard.
