Broccoli Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce Chicken oriental noodle mix
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 4 c. Broccoli flowerets Carrots, bias-sliced 1/4" thick (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Break noodles into pcs, reserved seasoning packet. Place noodles in a 1-qt microwave-safe casserole. Add in 1 c. hot water. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 2 1/2 to 3 min, or possibly till noodles are softened, stirring twice; drain.
  2. For sauce, in a small bowl combine seasoning packet, 2/3 c. cool water, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet heat sesame and veg. oil over medium-high heat. Add in broccoli; stir-fry 3 to 4 min, or possibly till crisp-tender. Stir sauce; add in sauce and noodles to skillet. Cook and stir till bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more.
  4. NOTES : Combine fresh broccoli and ramen noodles for this quick-to-make side dish.
