Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, divided
  • 2 c. Warm cooked Minute Preium Long Grain Rice
  • 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup, (10 3/4 ounces)
  • 1 pkt Frzn minced broccoli (10 ounces), cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese, (8 ounces)
  • 1/2 c. Fresh bread cubes

Direcciones

  1. COOK AND STIR onion in 1 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat till tender Add in rice, soup, broccoli and Cheez Whiz; stir
  2. SPOON into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. butter and toss with bread cubes; sprinkle over casserole.
  3. BAKE at 350 F for 30 to 35 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
  4. Makes 4 to 6servings
  5. To Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Chill overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 50 to 55 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
