Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions or possibly 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • Cauliflower flowerettes, optional

Direcciones

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients together. Pour dressing over broccoli, onions and mushrooms. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Mix often.
