Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt Frzn Broccoli Spears, (Or possibly)
  • 1 bn Fresh Broccoli, cook & chop lightly
  • 4 x Hard-Boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool Water
  • 1 c. Condensed Consomme
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 dsh Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. (Scant) Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix the broccoli and Large eggs. Soften the gelatin in cool water and add in heated consomme. Stir till the consomme dissolves the gelatin; then add in the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and Large eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or possibly 12 individual molds. Chill till hard. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
