Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 ounce Broccoli, minced, thawed liquid removed
  • 4 x Large eggs, separated

Direcciones

  1. Combine mayonnaise and flour, mix well. Gradually add in lowfat milk; cook stirring constanly over low heat till ghickened. Add in salt and cheese, continue cooking till cheese melts. Cold slighlty; stir in broccoli and slighlty beatne egg yolks. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour mix into 1-1/2 qt casserole. With tip of spoon, make slight indention around top of souffle to create a top hat. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 hour and 15 min. Serve immediately.
  2. Variation: add in 3/4 c. finely minced ham and omit salt.
