Ingredientes

  • 5 ounce Pasta Shells
  • 1 pkt Frzn Broccoli cut
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup 10-3/4 ounce size can
  • 1/2 c. Yogurt Skim Lowfat milk [Nonfat Yogurt]
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 can Tuna In Water liquid removed and flaked [9-1/4 Ounce.]
  • 1 can Waterchestnuts Liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding frzn broccoli the last 5-7 min of cooking; drain well. Return pasta and broccoli so saucepan; cover and keep hot.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine soup, water chestnuts, yogurt, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic posder. Stir soup mix into saucepan with liquid removed pasta and broccoli. Gently mix in tuna, being careful not tobreak up large pcs. Cook over medium-low heat about 5 min or possibly till heated through, stirring once or possibly twice.
  3. Serve immediately.
