Receta Broccoli With Ginger

- Saute/fry ginger and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add in the broccoli,leek, and stock.
- Toss together. Cover the pan and cook for 3 min. Remove the cover and continue to saute/fry till the vegetables are just tender, about 10 min. Fold in the tamari and serve immediately.
