Ingredientes

  • 24 ounce Chicken breast, cut in 1" cubes
  • 1/2 bn Fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 dsh Yellow food coloring
  • 8 x 8" skewer sticks

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken.
  2. Cook over a bed of warm coals on a barbecue pit or possibly broil in oven till tender, about five min.
