Brocolli Cheese Noodle Soup

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 3/4 c. Minced onion
  • 6 c. Water
  • 6 x Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 8 ounce Thin egg noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 ounce Frzn minced brocolli
  • 1/8 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 6 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 lb Velvetta cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a large pan, heat oil, add in onions and saute/fry over medium heat for 3 min. Add in water and bouillon. Heat to boiling. Add in noodles and salt.
  2. Cook uncovered 3 min. Stir in brocolli and garlic. Cook 4 min more.
  3. Add in lowfat milk, cubed velvetta cheese and dash of pepper and continue cooking till the cheese melts.
