Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Catfish Steaks
  • 1/4 c. No-Salt Added Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil Vegetable Cooking Spray Lemon Slices Fresh Dill Sprigs

  1. Rinse steaks under cool, running water; pat dry and set aside. Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Brush half of mix over 1 side of steaks. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5" from heat. Carfully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mix. Broil an additional 6 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon and dill, if you like.
