Ingredientes

  • 4 x chicken legs and thighs
  • 3/4 c. malt vinegar
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 2 lrg shallots -- thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves or possibly 2 tsp. dry fresh grnd pepper -- to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Marinade: Combine everything but chicken and simmer for 2 min. Pour the marinade over the chicken; cover with plastic and chill for 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from the marinade and arrange in a foiled lined broiled pan. Broil 3 1/2" below (or possibly above) heat source for about 8 min brushing with the marinade.
