Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce can lump crab meat
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Empty can of crab meat into bowl. Remove any shell. Add in onion, green pepper, parsley, Old Bay seasoning and baking pwdr. Mix well. Add in mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, egg and bread crumbs.Form into 3 inch patties and place them in a greased broiling pan or possibly non-stick broiling pan. Broil 3-5 min on each side till brown. Makes 4 servings.
