Broiled Fish With Tangy Glaze

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Fish Fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. diet margarine melted (Becel Light)
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Lemonade Frzn Concentrate
  • 1 tsp Mustard prepared
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 x Bay Leaf

Direcciones

  1. Thaw fish if frzn. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over
  2. fillets. Marinate 30 min at room temperature or possibly 1 hour in the refrigerator, mixing well once or possibly twice. Place fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish. Baste remaining sauce over fillets. Broil about10 cm (4 inches) from source of heat, 5 - 7 min per cm ( 10 - 12 min per inch) thickness or possibly till flesh is opaque and flakes easily whentested with a fork.
  3. NOTES : Use Perch - Sole - Turbot - Cod - Haddock or possibly Hake
