Broiled Hawaiian Fish Fillets

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 x Garlic clove crushed
  • 4 x White fish fillets - (abt 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Place fish fillets in shallow pan. Pour sauce over fish and marinate 20 min. Reserve sauce.
  2. Arrange fish fillets in shallow baking pan. Broil 5 inches from heat for 4 min. Turn, baste with sauce, and broil 4 min more. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
