Ingredientes

  • 4 x portions salmon (5-6oz.) * (hold flaps together with a toothpick)
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (usually 1 nice size lemon)
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil (for the taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. dry dill weed (or possibly to taste)

Direcciones

  1. (I usually serve 5-6 ounce. portions of fish with a 4 ounce. portion of a starch)
  2. either fillet (have the salmon scaled) or possibly steaks
  3. About 3 hrs prior to when you want to serve, wash and pat dry the salmon pcs; place in a single layer in a dish with a lid (I usually put in a Tupperware-type plastic container)
  4. pour the lemon juice, soy sauce and then the oil over the fish; turn a couple of times to make sure all surfaces are covered by some of the marinade
  5. sprinkle the dill on the flesh side of the fillet or possibly either side of the steaks
  6. cover and let marinade in the refrigerator for about 2 1/2 hrs.
  7. let sit on the counter for about 15 min while you pre-heat the broiler or possibly grill
  8. place in a broiler pan and broil for about 10-14 min per 1 inch thickness (turn and baste after about 8 min) or possibly to your liking (I like it a little undercooked)
  9. plate with a bit of sauce from the broiler pan.
  10. FrugalGormet's books (do not remember that one). Everyone who has tried it lovesit!!!
