Receta Broiled Salmon (Sake No Miso Yaki)

Ingredientes
- 4 x salmon steaks
- 1/4 c. white soybean paste (shiromiso)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 x green onions minced
Direcciones
- Broil salmon on each side till done, about six min per side (salmon will be underdone at this point).
- Combine and mix miso, sugar and soy sauce. Spread on one side of each steak. Return to broiler till lightly browned. Turn over, spread sauce on flipside, broil again.
- Garnish with minced onions.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
