  1. Broil salmon on each side till done, about six min per side (salmon will be underdone at this point).
  2. Combine and mix miso, sugar and soy sauce. Spread on one side of each steak. Return to broiler till lightly browned. Turn over, spread sauce on flipside, broil again.
  3. Garnish with minced onions.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
