Broiled Salmon With Onion, Tomato And Lemon

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Unsalted butter, (1/2 stick)
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 lrg Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x Salmon fillet with skin, (16-oz)
  • 4 x Thin onion slices
  • 4 x Thin tomato slices
  • 4 x Thin lemon slices

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in heavy small saucepan over low heat. Add in parsley, garlic and lemon juice and simmer 2 min.
  2. Preheat broiler. Place salmon on large piece of heavy-duty foil; season with salt and pepper. Brush salmon with half of butter mix. Arrange onion, tomato and lemon slices over. Drizzle remaining butter mix over. Fold foil over salmon and crimp edges tightly to seal. Place salmon package in broiler pan. Broil 5 inches from heat source till salmon is just cooked through, about 10 min.
  3. Serves 4.
