Broiled Salmon With Tarragon Butter

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Fresh grnd pepper
  • 2 x 1 inch thick salmon fillets Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or possibly 1 tsp. dry crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Preheat broiler. Heat butter with lemon juice in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add in generous amount of pepper. Arrange salmon
  2. skin side down on broilerproof pan. Brush with half of butter mix.
  3. Season with salt. Broil without turning till just cooked through.
  4. Transfer to plates. Add in tarragon to remaining butter. Spoon over salmon and serve.
  5. 2 servings; can be doubled or possibly tripled.
