Broiled Shrimp With Mustard And Tarragon

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 1/2 lb Uncooked large shrimp, (about 40), peeled, deveined
  • 8 x Bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 min, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Add in shrimp; toss to coat. Chill at least 1 hour and up to 3 hrs.
  2. Preheat broiler. Line baking sheet with foil. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil till cooked through, 2 min per side.
  3. Remove shrimp from skewers. Arrange on platter. Serve with toothpicks.
