Ingredientes

  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 T grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cover both sides of 4 (8 oz) swordfish steaks and marinate and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Put together: 1/2 sm. red onion, diced 1 T fresh minced cilantro 1/4 c. olive oilChill 1 hour.
  3. Preheat broiler, cook fish on one side for 4 min, turn fish over and finish cooking for 4 min.
  4. Garnish swordfish with salsa and serve with a lemon wedge.
