Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pasta, your choice
  • 1 quart Vegetable stock
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 x Kalamata olives, pitted & diced -=Or possibly=- olive paste
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta in the boiling stock till*al dente*. Drain. Reserve the stock for future use. Toss the warm, liquid removed pasta with the remaining ingredients & serve immediately.
