Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Fresh brown breadcrumbs, (4 ounce)
  • 150 gm Demerara sugar, (5 ounce)
  • 50 gm Cadbury's drinking chocolate, ( 2 ounce)
  • 50 ml Dry instant coffee, (1 tsp.)
  • 142 ml Double cream, (1/4 pint)
  • 142 ml Single cream or possibly natural yogurt, (1/4 pint) A tin or possibly sachet of fruit pie filling
  • 5 ml Lemon juice, (1 tsp.)
  • 1 x 50 grams bar Cadbury's Bournville chocolate grated

Direcciones

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs, sugar, drinking chocolate and coffee together.
  2. Whip the creams or possibly cream and yogurt together, not too stiffly.
  3. Spread a little cream in the base of a pretty glass bowl and then make layers in the following order: breadcrumb mix; cream; fruit ( sharpened with lemon juice) in the centre; breadcrumbs; cream on top.
  4. Cover with grated chocolate and then refrigerateovernight, or possibly for 24 hrs that is even better.
  5. NOTES : Layers of crisp breadcrumbs, fruit and cream combine in this delicious dessert.
