Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lightly salted butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg whites and vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually beat in flour.
  3. Drop by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake about 10 min (but check after 5 min) till edges are brown.
