Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Cool cooked lundberg short grain brown rice
  • 1 1/4 c. Sifted flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, butter and rice. Quickly combine the two mixtures. Don't OVER BEAT, as this will make heavy muffins. Pour into 12 buttered muffin tins. Bake in a 425 oven for 20 to 25 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
  2. Makes 12 muffins.
