Ingredientes

  • 1 sm onion, finely minced (1/4 c.)
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken or possibly beef broth
  • 1 c. uncooked brown rice
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in medium-size saucepan over medium-low heat till golden. Add in chicken or possibly beef broth. Bring to boiling; stir in rice with a fork. Cover; lower heat; cook 45 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
  2. Makes four 1-c. serving with 140 calories per serving.
