Brown Rice Salad

My simple diet meal.

Ingredientes

  • 2 cup cook brown rice
  • 100gm golden raisin
  • 50gm toasted cashew nuts
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1 sprig coriander
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp wocestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Direcciones

  1. 1/ Chopped the coriander and mint leaves.
  2. 2/ Cut the lettuce into thin strip
  3. 3/ Mixed the cooked rice with cashes nuts, raisin, mint leaves, coriander, lettuce and mixed well.
  4. 4/ All soya sauce, wocestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and toss well.
  5. How to cooked brown rice
  6. 1/ Wash and rinse brown rice 3 to 4 times.
  7. 2/ Soak brown rice with some water for 1 hour.
  8. 3/ Drain off water, add enough hot water and cooked the rice in rice cooker or steam for 1 hour.
  9. 4/ Fluff up the rice and add the salad ingredients. Enjoy!
