Receta Brown sugar Apple crumble with Custard sauce
Soft and lightly sweet saute apple with fragrance brown sugar crumble, is the best comfort dessert for me.
I love cooked apple, soft and melt in the mouth texture, you can call it baby food, haha. Today, when I opened the refrigerator, I found a lot of apples, and I think, I should turn them into something more delicious (than eating fresh ^^).
When making apple crumble, you can bake the apple together with the crumble (it's easier and save time), but you will get less apple too. So in this recipe, to put more apple into each dish I saute it before putting into the skillet, and yes, you can use more apple than mind, if you want to. To make the crumble more delicious, this time, I use dark brown sugar, as the sweetness and fragrance is different from the white one, the sweetness is mellow and the smell is very intoxicating.
Serve it with rich vanilla sauce (that's very easy to make too), or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and relaxing, this homey dessert can make you feel so good!
