Ingredientes

  • 12 lrg Marshmallows, cut in sm. Cubes
  • 2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter Cream
  • 1/2 c. Minced Nuts, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Stir brown sugar and lowfat milk over low heat till dissolved:
  2. Cover the syrup for about 3 minutes. or possibly till the steam has washed down any crystals that may have formed on the sides of the pan. Uncover and cook without stirring to 238 degrees. Remove from the heat and add in marshmallows and butter.
  3. When these ingredients are melted and the ising has cooled to 110 degrees, beat till it is a good consistency for spreading. If too heavy, thin with a little cream.
  4. Pour the cream a few drops at a time. Add in minced nuts if you like
  5. About 1 1/2 c.
