Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter (no substitutes), softened
  • 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Gradually stir in the flour. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead till smooht, about 3 min. Pat into a 1/3-inch thick rectangle measuring 11x8x2-inches. Cut into 2x1-inch strips. Place 1 inch apart on ungrased baking sheets. Prick with a fork.
  2. Bake at 300 for 25 min or possibly till bottom begins to brown. Cold for 5 min; remove to a wire rack to cold completely.
