Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced toasted hazelnuts or possibly walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed dark-brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Cool water

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350'F. Lightly grease 9-inch-square baking pan. In medium-size bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, 3 Tablespoons cocoa pwdr, the baking pwdr, and salt. Stir in lowfat milk, oil, and vanilla till smooth; mix in nuts. Spread batter in greased pan.
  2. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining 3 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr; Sprinkle over batter. In small saucepan over low heat or possibly microwave-safe c. in the microwave, heat water just till warm, about 160'F; pour warm water over batter.
  3. Bake 45 min or possibly till top is crusty and pudding on bottom is thickened. Serve hot.
