Ingredientes

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9" x 13" pan. Cake Ingredients
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 2 stk margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and sugar together. Bring to boil the water, cocoa and margarine.
  2. Add in to first mix. Beat. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, baking soda, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till after dipping toothpick into cake, the toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Frosting Ingredients1 stick margarine1/3 c. milk1 # powdered sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon4 Tablespoons cocoa1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  5. Use same saucepan. Bring to boil the margarine, lowfat milk, cinnamon and cocoa. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Add in more lowfat milk if necessary to spread. Put on cake warm from the oven.
