Ingredientes

  • 2 c. FLOUR
  • 2 c. WHITE SUGAR
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 1/2 c. MARGARINE
  • 1/2 c. SHORTENING Or possibly SALAD OIL
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. COCOA
  • 1 c. WATER
  • 2 x WELL BEATEN Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. BUTTERMILK
  • 1 tsp SODA
  • 1 tsp CINNAMON
  • 1 tsp VANILLA

  1. MIX AND SIFT FLOUR, SUGAR AND SALT. SET ASIDE. PUT MARGARINE, SHORTENING, COCOA AND WATER IN A SAUCE PAN. BRING TO A BOIL. POUR OVER DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR. COMBINE Large eggs, BUTTERMILK, SODA AND VANILLA IN ANOTHER BOWL. Add in TO ABOVE Mix. MIX WELL ABOUT FIVE Min BEFORE DONE - PREPARE THE ICING!
